Welcome to the Affilitrak documentations page. For more context, this page connsist of different comprehensive guides that will help you understand and utilize all the features we currently offer on our affiliate marketing app.

What is Affilitrak?

Affilitrak is an affiliate tracking and management system that was founded by Beckett Oliphant in 2025. The app is currently built for Shopify and it is designed to help businesses build, manage, and scale their affiliate marketing programs in order to expand their products reach and boost revenue.

We also offer a highly skilled and conversational support team that respond via both live chats and emails that is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and this chat can be accessed on the app.

Whether you're running a simple referral program or a complex multi-level marketing (MLM) structure on Shopify, the Affilitrak app provides the tools and insights you need to drive growth through partner relationships.

The app was also built to be as user-friendly as possible so users who are new to affiliate marketing on Shopify can easily navigate through it. We also have an FAQ page which includes the most asked questions by our users about things that might be confusing.

1. Affiliate Management

Our affiliate management system was created to be as simple as possible. As a store, you'll have access to your affiliates information which includes stuff like; name, email, payout details, payment records, sales, active coupons, programs assigned and many more. You can also assign commission programs, coupons and edit the cookie duration in the settings.

2. Flexible Payout System

We offer both manual and automatic payment methods. The automatic payment method is currently only integrated with PayPal which means you'll need to have a business PayPal account then connect it to the app in the Payouts tab. With this connected, you can set the frequency and dates you want to pay your affiliates and the payment will be automatically made to the affiliate on the day you set.

The manual payment method can be custom which means you can use any third party payment system to fulfill the payments. To set this up, you'll need to go to the app, navigate to the Payouts tab, go to the settings page, then toggle on the "Affiliate payout info form." Click on add a method and choose the custom option, add the name of the payment gateway you're using and add a field to collect your affiliates banking or payment information. With all this setup, the affiliate will input their payment information on their portal and their payment information shows up in their profile on the app.

You will need to take their payment information and pay the affiliate manually(off the app) then record the payment on the app by going into the Payouts page > Run payouts and tick off the due payment by marking them as paid.

3. MLM & Multi-Tier programs

Multi-Level Marketing also known as MLM is also a key feature that we offer on the app. With this, your affiliates are incentivized to refer other affiliates in their network to sell your products for you without accumulating much cost.

The affiliates who refer other affiliates will get a cut of the referred affiliates earnings.

This can all be set up in the programs section of the app and tracked in the affiliates section by looking into the individual affiliates information

On the other hand, multi-tier programs (or ladder programs) are set up when you want automatically increase an affiliates earnings based on their performance.

4. Coupon management system.

Stores can create coupon code templates and either give affiliates the power to create various coupon codes based on that template or they can create a single code for each affiliate to use.

In the app settings, you can navigate to "Extra settings" and also enable "Auto-apply coupon codes in affiliate links" which automatically gives the end customer a discount based on a coupon assigned to the affiliates link when they make a purchase directly from the affiliates referral link.

5. Advanced Tracking & Analytics

The app also includes ways to track an affiliates progress which includes a detailed performance analytics and reporting dashboards. We also included real-time conversion tracking with pixel for store owners who want to run meta ads.
